The Canon EOS 1500D is one of the two entry-level DSLR Cameras announced by Canon 26 February to replace the EOS 1300D.
The EOS image quality is rather good, and thon starts showing increasing luminance and chrominance noise after that with images at ISO 6400 requiring significant noise correction.
Converting rows separately delivers the best results at at higher ISO settings especially considering they are 14-bits files.
The 9-points AF is quite conservative by today's standers. Subject tracking is reasonably effective but limited by these points.Yet in single or continuous AF, combined with the kit lens, it is quick and decisive but not entirely silent.
Live view mode AF was slower and not as effective, especially in lower level of light or when a specific focus point selected.
During video shooting, the In-build Microphones picked up the sound of the lens motor is quieter environments. In such conditions it is best to focus manually.

performance
The Canon EOS 1500D comes with an EF 18-55 is II lens and in our experience, we find that most people who purchase these Entry-level DSLR cameras are satisfied with the lens that comes along, at least initially.
Hence, we received this Camera with the stock lens itself. The lens produced image that were great for a beginners or amateur photographer.
The EOS 1500D sports superior sensor over the older EOS 1300D or the newer EOS 3000D. Thus, overall image quality is much better. During our test, we noticed acceptably sharp shots and great color accuracy.
During our tests, we also noticed that color saturation was decent and these was slight pop in warmer hues. This is usually the case with Entry-level DSLR cameras.
One thing we have to compliment this camera on is that when we conducted our daylight test.
Were got excellent shots even though the sky dull during the monsoons.
However, the dynamic range that retained was good. The colour of the sky was well balanced in accordance with the foreground.
As for as noise is concerned, the Cameras handles shoot well up to ISO 1600 with a little amount of grains creeping in. However, images are still very munch usable.
The EOS 1500D handles images well as ISO 800 and is recommended. But as you increase the ISO sensitivity, the overall image quality brings to decline-but is not as bad as seen in older cameras.
Thanks to the DIGIC 4+ processor at play. In comparison to the older EOS 1100D and EOS 1200D, there was a fair amount of sharpness visible in images here, even at higher ISO levels. Check out a few simple shots taken will different incremental ISO settings.
The Canon EOS 1500D has four video recording options 1920*1080 full HD at 25 fps and 24 fps.
As for as video quality goes, its pretty decent does a fair job with colour accuracy and detail.
In low-lights environments video recording is not the best and suggest to use this features only if the area is well lit or add in led videos lamps for better performance.
